Aliado raises $2.6M seed round

Brazilian conversion intelligence startup Aliado raised a $2.6M seed round led by Headline and Nestal. The round follows a $100K angel investment closed in August 2025.

Aliado has built a conversion intelligence platform for physical retail stores that analyzes sales interactions in real time. The system captures and analyzes conversations between sales associates and customers on the store floor, identifies moments when a sale is at risk, and delivers real-time alerts and guidance to sales staff and managers during the interaction. After each customer interaction, the platform provides immediate feedback to sales associates.

Aliado will use the new capital for product and technology development to improve the self-learning capabilities of its AI models and launch new features.

Founded eight months ago by André Franco and Carlos Henrique Leclerc Oliveira, Aliado plans to grow its team to more than 30 employees by the end of the year.
