Anacapa Partners invests in Brazilian HaaS startup Agasus

LatAm List Anacapa Partners, a US private equity firm, announced an undisclosed equity investment in Agasus, one of the largest hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) providers in Brazil.

Agasus provides rental services for IT technology and equipment throughout Brazil to large and medium size enterprise customers. The investment was made through 220 Capital, and aims to help expand the geographic reach of Agasus’ services.

“The support of backers such as Anacapa Partners allows Agasus to take advantage of the highly fragmented HaaS industry in Brazil,” commented João Luis Lima and Rene Almeida, Co-CEOs at 220 Capital, and will thus allow the company to grow throughout Brazil.
