Aviva, a startup that uses natural language processing to turn conversations into structured data for microloan approvals, secured a $50M credit facility from Community Investment Management (CIM).

Aviva operates AI-powered kiosks that deliver financial services to underserved communities in Mexico. Its platform enables paperless, conversational loan applications, allowing individuals to access loans of up to $1,000 in less than seven minutes.

Aviva will use the credit line to extend financial services to an additional 500,000 people who lack access to formal financial institutions.

To date, Avivay has raised more than $16 million in equity. In August 2025, Aviva also received a $1.5M convertible debt investment from IDB Lab.
