Brazilian beautytech B4A raised $2.5M in a funding round led by 4 Equity Media Ventures, with participation from investors in Mercado Bitcoin and existing backers.

B4A provides beauty subscription and e-commerce services through its glam and Men’s Market platforms, a digital app named bfluence for micro influencers looking to monetize their social media presence, and its own beauty products under the ella and Glam Beauty brands.

B4A will use the funds to strengthen its digital presence, expand collaborations with influencers, grow its customer base, and invest in direct-to-consumer brands and its influencer network.

“B4A has been at break-even since 2023 and is growing 30% annually. The new investment will allow us to expand our B2C operation through glam, consolidating it as the main platform for purchasing beauty products online,” said Jan Riehle, CEO of B4A.

Founded in 2014, B4A serves over 2M B2C customers and more than 500 brands, including Natura, L’Oréal, and Nivea, while maintaining a network of over 10K influencers.
