BHub, a Brazilian financial back-office solution for SMEs in Latam, raised a $10M extension round, bringing its total funding to $55M. Next Billion Capital Partners joined IFC, Valor Capital, Monashees, and Hedosophia in the round.

BHub offers subscription-based back-office services through a platform that manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, accounting, financial operations, and legal support.

BHub will use the new capital to advance its AI development, expand its AI team, and strengthen its full-stack model, which combines back-office-as-a-service with artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2021 by Jorge Vargas Neto, Fernando Ricco, Vanessa Muglia, and Marcelio Leal, BHub has completed 20 acquisitions since 2021, including Agrocontar and 10 additional deals in the past year. BHub is now profitable and reports a compound annual growth rate above 260% over the past four years.
