BrainLogic AI secures $5M Pre-seed Round

Uruguayan startup BrainLogic AI has secured a $5M Seed round led by Factory HQ, with participation from Anthos Capital, Kalei Ventures, Capital X, Perceptive Ventures, and SNR VC.

With these funds, the company will continue developing its recently launched WhatsApp-based personal assistant, Zapia.

“We chose WhatsApp due to its 95% usage among Latin Americans, making it the best strategy for reaching a massive adoption,” explained Juan Pablo Pereira, Co-founder and COO of BrainLogic AI.

The company uses generative AI tools like ChatGPT to power its assistant, which can suggest good restaurants, provide daily news, and transcribe audio in different languages.
