Brazilian proptech Morada.ai raised $1M to enhance its AI technology and expand in Brazil.
“We want the experience of buying and renting properties to be increasingly simple and personalized, while freeing developers and brokers from tasks that can already be performed by machines so that they can focus on strategic negotiations, which require human intervention,” said Luis Veloso, Co-founder and COO.
Morada.ai is a proptech specializing in AI solutions for real estate developers. Its AI chatbot, Mia, presents properties, schedules visits, answers questions, filters client needs, and connects engaged users with brokers. Mia also simulates investments, proposes payment plans, and manages document collection for credit approval.
Founded in 2021, Morada.ai serves almost 100 developers in 17 states in Brazil, including companies such as Direcional, Cyrela, Novolar, Emccamp and Morar.
This year, the proptech has seen over 400% growth compared to the same period last year.
