Brazilian startup Conexa raises $5M

Brazilian health startup Conexa raised a $5M round led by Vivo Ventures, a subsidiary of Wayra. Conexa will use the funds to continue consolidating its offering as a digital health services operator.

“We are very excited about the arrival of Vivo Ventures in Conexa, mainly because of all the possibilities we will have to bring innovative and technological physical and mental health services to the more than 100 million customers that Vivo has throughout the country,” says Guilherme Weigert, CEO of Conexa.

Conexa was founded in 2017 and has received funding from General Atlantic and Igah Ventures. The startup also recently acquired Zenklub, a Brazilian online therapy platform.
