Carryt acquires Treggo’s operations in Mexico and Colombia

Handshake Cooperation Partnership

Colombian logistics startup Carryt acquired Treggo’s operations in Colombia and Mexico.

Carryt provides last-mile delivery services with an AI-powered route optimization for large companies, while Treggo is an Argentinian logistics startup that offers same-day and on-demand delivery services.

With the acquisition, Carryt broadens its services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that sell using ecommerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, WooCommerce, and Shopify.

“Treggo offers competitive advantages such as a robust warehouse management system which gives us the capability of cargo consolidating and cross-docking to satisfy new geographies and B2B SME clients’ needs. Additionally, it allows us to integrate carrier networks from key players in Latin America, such as Estafeta, 99minutos, and ampm, expanding our loading capacity and geographic reach,” said Daniel Cuervo, Carryt’s Founder and CEO.

Following the acquisition, Treggo’s Co-Founders Matías Lonardi and Nicolás Torchio will join Carryt’s New Business and Tech teams, respectively.
