Clinia, a Brazilian AI chatbot for enhancing patient engagement, raised $344K in a pre-seed round led by ABSeed Ventures.
Clinia’s chatbot streamlines appointment scheduling, patient management, and communication, providing support to patients via WhatsApp before, during, and after appointments.
With the funds, Clinia will expand its sales team to accelerate customer acquisition.
“Many clinics lose opportunities to increase revenue and deliver quality care after patient visits. Our AI addresses this gap by ensuring effective post-visit engagement,” said Leonardo Bork, Clinia’s CEO & cofounder.
Founded in 2021 by Leonardo Bork and Artur Rossi, Clinia serves over 300 clinics, including major healthcare chains like Unimed, Clínica da Cidade, and Orthodontic. Clinia’s revenue grew over 400% in 2023.
