Brazilian HR tech startup Coalize raised a $570K seed round from Urca Angels, Grão Venture Capital, Westwood Capital, Valor Ventures, and Guilherme Bonifácio, founder of iFood.

Coalize simplifies employee management by automating HR processes, including digital onboarding, document management, time tracking, and payroll integration.

Coalize plans to use the funds to expand its solutions among SMBs and enter new cities in Brazil. The investment will also support the development of AI-driven tools to automate HR processes and adapt to labor union regulations.

Founded in Brazil in 2020 by Bárbara Welter and Wellington Vitorino, Coalize serves over 3,000 clients, including Subway, OralUnic, and Contábil.
