Colombian bank Davivienda acquired Colombian payment gateway ePayco.
Davivienda aims to capture the growth of payment gateways in Colombia and expand its presence in the digital payments industry.
Davivienda is a commercial bank with over 50 years of operations in Colombia and has operations in Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, and the United States.
Founded in 2011, ePayco provides online payment processing with recurring payments and the ability to automatically split funds between multiple merchants. ePayco also offers Babilonia Commerce, a platform for quick ecommerce store setup.
