Escala, a USA-based CRM provider for Hispanic SMEs, raised $12M in an investment round co-led by IGNIA and Alaya Capital, with participation from High Alpha.
With the funds, Escala will grow its team and enhance features like WhatsApp integration and Artificial Intelligence.

Founded in 2019 by Andrés Moreno, Founder of Open English, Escala’s platform provides marketing and sales tools for SMEs in Latin America and the US Hispanic market, where 80% of businesses lack digital tools.
