LatamList – Credijusto, a Mexican credit platform, announced the acquisition of Visor, a SaaS data and risk analysis platform. The acquisition is part of Credijusto’s expansion in the market, following a $100M funding round early in 2020.
Founded in 2015, Visor has evaluated over 15,000 companies and more than 40 fintechs through its platform. The startup also performs checks on marketplaces and corporations to assess their capacity to pay the companies they work with.
“We developed the platform to give credit companies greater security when making credit decisions by providing risk analysis services,” said Rúben Sánchez Souza, CEO and co-founder of Visor.
Visor recently expanded into Brazil and has developed its platform specifically for SME services.
“We have known of Visor for a few years now and we have always been impressed with its team, products, and founders,” said David Poritz, co-CEO and founder of Credijusto. “The integration of the Visor technology to Credijusto’s platform will greatly benefit the company and allow us to increase our multi-product offer to serve Mexican SMEs even better than before.”
