Brazilian proptech Imobia raised $100K in a round led by SC Ventures. SC Angels, an angel investor network, also participated in the round. This round brings Imobia $190K in total funding.
Imobia’s platform helps real estate owners manage rental payments, issue invoices, and handle leases.
Imobia will use the funds to enhance UX, further develop its current product, and launch financial products focused on real estate.
“This investment allows us to scale our operations and expand our impact on the rental market in Brazil. Our goal is to simplify processes and deliver more value to real estate agencies and property owners,” said Guilherme Valle, Imobia’s CEO.
Founded in 2010, Imobia’s platform facilitates over 20K rental transactions per month.
