LatamList roundup March 19th – April 1st: Addi launches marketplace into its app

The first half of March brought news from Colombia, Chile, and Mexico. Here are the product launches, fundings, and updates we saw in the last two weeks.

Launches

  1. Colombian BNPL Addi launched a marketplace integrated into its app. The marketplace allows merchant partners to offer their products to Addi’s users, who can get financing and buy the products directly in the app. Read more on Latamfintech Hub.

  1. Chilean proptech Fraccional.cl secured $994K through the crowdfunding platform Broota. Fraccional.cl will use the funds for growth and expansion. Read more on Tekios Magazine.
  2. Chilean accelerator Platanus ventures unveiled its new deal that offers startups a $250K SAFE investment in exchange for a 5.5% stake. Read more on Forbes.
  3. Proexca launched the second edition of Canarias Latam Tech, a 5 day softlanding program in the Canary Islands for Latin American tech companies looking to expand to Spain or Europe. Startups interested can apply before April 14th on their webpage. Read more on Proexca.es.
