Licify secured a $3.4M Seed round led by Brick & Mortar Ventures and Accion Venture Lab, with participation from Dash Fund, G2 Momentum Capital, and Columbia University’s venture arm.

With these funds, the company will expand its operations in Colombia and Mexico and strengthen its technology platform and financing services.

The startup provides a B2B digital marketplace that connects real estate builders with suppliers, providing financing to the contractor and reducing non-compliance risk.

Notable company clients include Prodesa, Constructora Bolivar, and Cusezar. Since Licify’s founding in 2018, the company has processed over 15,675 contracts on its platform.
