Brazilian AI platform for real estate Liquid raised a $2.1M seed round led by SaaSholic. Flourish Ventures, Honey Island by 4UM, and Crivo Ventures also participated in the round.
Liquid automates mortgage credit analysis with AI, serving as the infrastructure that connects real estate developers with banks and funds to expedite home financing.
“Liquid helps developers make better credit decisions, access capital with agility, and unlock the development of new projects, contributing to the reduction of the housing deficit,” said Flourish Ventures’ Principal for Latin America, Diana Narváez.
Founded in 2023, Liquid serves over 50 real estate developers, funds, and banks, including Direcional, Imcasa, and Santander.
