Brazilian startup Loopia raised a $1.2M seed round led by Parceiro Ventures, joining Loopia’s cap table as a strategic investor. Existing investors Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders, and BVC Latam also participated. This round follows Loopia’s $670K pre-seed round in February 2025.
Loopia develops AI agents that automate customer service, marketing, and e-commerce operations. The platform integrates with WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
With the funds, Loopia will enhance its product, expand integrations, strengthen its commercial team, and grow its enterprise customer base. Loopia expects to increase its business fivefold over the next 18 months.
Loopia grew 25 times in 2025. Before founding the company, Vailati built retail software provider Hiper, which Linx acquired for about $9.1 million in 2019. Loopia also joined the WhatsApp AI Startups Hub, an acceleration program led by Meta and WhatsApp.
