Maggu AI raises $3.7M to scale its AI platform for pharmacies

Maggu AI, a Brazilian artificial intelligence platform for pharmaceutical retail, raised $3.7M in a funding round led by DGF Capital, with participation from Norte Ventures, Latitud, and Airborne Ventures.

Maggu AI builds AI tools that integrate into pharmacy management systems and support frontline staff in real time. Its platform helps pharmacists make recommendations by suggesting product usage, complementary items, and care instructions based on customer needs, without disrupting workflow. Its plug-and-play model allows pharmacies to upgrade capabilities without replacing existing systems.

With the funds, Maggu AI will expand its network of partner pharmacies, improve its AI models, and grow its team.

Maggu AI is connected to 17,500 pharmacies, with 2,200 actively using the platform. Its database includes 1.6 million products, and it operates across Brazil.
