Mais Mu, a Brazilian food tech, concluded a funding round led by BAT Brasil and Btomorrow Ventures with a $25M pre-money valuation.
With the new funding, Mais Mu plans to expand its presence in Latin America, offering a range of healthy foods and supplements, including snacks, protein bars, and ready-to-drink beverages.
“This is a significant opportunity to introduce Mais Mu’s products into regions we couldn’t access before. We’re proud to contribute to BAT and Btomorrow Ventures’ vision of creating ‘A Better Tomorrow,” said Co-founder Otto Guarnieri.
The partnership with BAT Brasil increased Mais Mu’s product accessibility, expanding over 140,000 sales points in European and Middle Eastern countries, marking a substantial 13-fold increase.
