Edtech company Motrix received a contribution of $2.9M from Grupo Ágathos. The funding consists of $1.8M as direct financial support and $1.1M as non-financial contributions.

With the funds, Motrix will expand its development team and create a pilot project for public elementary schools in Brazil, offering a platform with customizable content for teachers to provide personalized education and real-time monitoring of learning performance.

“This approach will enable real-time monitoring of learning performance and the possibility of developing other skills such as active methodologies, projects, interdisciplinary approaches, and more,” stated Motrix’s Director of Learning, Patricia Ferreira.

Motrix expects to finalize its platform by 2024 and make it publicly available in 2025.
