NuVidio raises $1.2M round led by DOMO.VC

Brazilian identity verification startup NuVidio raised a $1.2M  post-seed round led by DOMO.VC. Angel investors Rei Carvalho and Amador Testa also participated in the round.

NuVidio provides a platform that enables companies to verify customer identities through secure video calls. The platform records interactions and generates auditable evidence to support identity validation and transaction completion.

NuVidio will use the funds to improve its platform, expand operations, and hire new talent.

“In the next two years, we also aim to begin expanding into other Latin American markets, bringing identity verification and fraud prevention technology to countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina,” said NuVidio’s co-founder Janu Queiroz

Founded in 2020, the NuVidioi serves over 100 clients, including Agibank, Banco BMG, C6 Bank, Banco Mercantil, and Banco Pan.
