Omie, a Brazilian startup offering cloud-based management software for SMEs, raised $160M in a round led by Partners Group. Most of the round is secondary, giving early investors partial exits. A smaller, undisclosed portion will go to Omie as primary funding.
Founded in 2013, Omie is a Brazilian software company offering cloud-based ERP and financial services for small and medium-sized businesses. Its platform connects companies with accounting firms, using consultants to drive adoption.
Omie reports $112M in annual recurring revenue, has been cash-flow positive since mid-2023, and serves 180,000 customers. The platform processes $6.5B in monthly invoices and grows 30% to 40% annually.
“What is most symbolic about this round is that no one is leaving. All previous investors are doubling down. That shows confidence in our long-term plan,” said Marcelo Lombardo, co-founder of Omie.
