Peruvian fintech Prestamype secured $27M in equity and debt. The funding includes a $2M bridge round from existing investors ALIVE Ventures, Oikocredit, and Salkantay Ventures, as well as a $25M credit line from Lendable.
Prestamype offers digital financial solutions to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Peru, with a focus on loans and factoring. Its products also include a digital currency exchange platform, Cambio Seguro.
Prestamype will use the bridge round to create a fund management company (SAFI), which will allow it to raise capital from retail and institutional investors. The credit line will finance mortgage-backed loans through a trust structure with Peru’s development bank, Cofide.
In 2025, Prestamype reached $319M in factoring disbursements, up 163% from $121M in 2024. Since its launch in 2017, Prestamype has disbursed more than $650M to Peruvian SMEs.
