Proptech La Haus launches operations in Guadalajara

LatamListLa Haus, a property startup, launched operations in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The launch is part of expansion plans to strengthen its presence in the Mexican property market.

La Haus is a residential marketplace that helps buyers to find their ideal home using smart data and analytics. The platform aims to make the customer experience of home-buying easier and quicker for customers than traditional pathways.

The startup already operates in Colombia, in Medellín and Bogotá, as well as Mexico City. The launch into Guadalajara will add 8,000 new houses and 65 new property partners to the company’s current remit.

“Mexico is our current focus and Guadalajara is one of the most important districts in Latin America. Its geographical location and commercial importance, combined with Mexico’s growing property ecosystem, make it a very important region,” said Rodrigo Sánchez-Ríos, co-founder of La Haus.

The expansion is the first step in the company’s plans for growth in the country. La Haus also plans to launch in two more cities in Mexico within the year.
