Rankmi merged with Osmos and raised a Series A round at a 48M valuation led by Softbank Latin America Fund.
Rankmi provides a range of services to companies, including personnel training, talent evaluation, monitoring of employee applications, digital signing of labor documents, and payroll processing. The merger with Osmos, a Mexican payroll solutions company, will increase Rankmi’s technological capabilities and product offerings leading to faster growth in Mexico.
“The match with Osmos was immediate. They have an incredible product and together we possess immense potential to assist medium and large-scale enterprises,” said Enrique Besa, Rankmi’s co-founder, and CEO.
Since its founding in 2015, Rankmi has gained more than 1.4 million users, with over 1,500 clients in Latin America, and has managed to expand to Peru, Mexico, and Colombia. Rankmi and Osmos have set their sights on expanding into new markets while prioritizing the launch of innovative artificial intelligence-based solutions in the medium term.
