Regcheq, a Chilean SaaS startup, secured a funding round of $2M led by Taram Capital, with participation from Grupo Sable and Consorcio.
The capital raised will support Regcheq’s expansion into Brazil and its recent entry into the Mexican market. The company acquired a Mexican compliance firm called UBcubo in line with its growth strategy.
Regcheq specializes in compliance processes and non-financial risk mitigation. Their innovative SaaS platform enables clients to conduct transaction monitoring and perform online evaluations of profiles. Additionally, the platform generates reports and notifications to address status changes or suspicious operations promptly.
