RetryPay raises new investment round from Kamay Ventures

Kamay Ventures announced a new investment for Mexican startup RetryPay.

RetryPay is a payments processing platform that provides multiple payment methods for e-commerce transactions. The fintech aims to mitigate issues when accepting payments, such as payment rejections, for e-commerce merchants.

The platform is still in the beta stage but has already partnered with VTEX, Shopify, and Nuvemshop ahead of launch. There are also more than 40 companies on the startup’s waiting list.

“We are delighted to announce this new investment in RetryPay. […] The startup seeks to optimize a fundamental step in the payment systems process, reducing the number of rejected transactions and integrating and optimizing alternative payment methods,” said Gabriela Ruggeri, Managing Partner at Kamay Ventures.

RetryPay is now looking to accelerate its growth across the continents and increase its presence in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.
