LatAm List – Superlogica, a Brazilian payment management platform, raised $63.5M (R$300M) from Warburg Pincus, the US-based venture capital fund.
Superlogica is an online platform that offers complete financial systems to businesses that operate with a recurring payment or subscription model, such as real estate. The platform enables companies to manage their accounts, issue invoices, accept payments, and create an efficient collection method through the use of artificial intelligence software.
The investment from Warburg Pincus will be used to further develop the startup’s technology and offer more services on the platform. Superlogica currently serves more than 45,000 condo and flat rental services in Brazil, which the company plans to increase significantly.
“We believe that landlords have a duty to improve the living experience for their residents. This investment will be distributed to the condo and flat owners through our more than 600 administrative agents in Brazil,” explained Carlos Cêra, founder of Superlogica.
Around 25% of Brazil’s population lives in flats and condos, and Superlogica has experienced staggering growth as it makes these payment systems more usable. The startup is now looking to offer other facilities on its platform for condo residents in Brazil.
