Last year, Talana acquired a company to support its expansion, primarily targeting Peru and also considering Mexico due to its workforce being four times larger than Chile’s.

In 2022, Talana’s revenue grew by 70%. This year, they aim for a 40% increase. The company has accumulated 5,500 clients in seven years, including PwCFalabella, and Colmena, and has over 250 employees.

Talana, founded in 2016 by Pablo de la Barra and José Antonio Akel, aims to digitize processes and improve company-employee communication. Their app is Chile’s most downloaded HR software.
