Chilean foodtech Toteat raised a $7.4M round led by Taram and Morro Ventures.
Toteat helps restaurants run operations more efficiently by digitizing orders, inventory, payments, and multi-location management in one system.
Toteat will use the funds to expand across Latin America and develop new AI-powered products.
“With this round, we aim to accelerate Toteat’s growth in the region and bring our technology to more restaurants across Latin America. Artificial intelligence will be key for our clients to operate more efficiently and competitively in an increasingly challenging market,” said René Marty, Toteat’s co-founder and CEO.
Founded in 2015, Toteat processes over 100M restaurant orders annually.
