Venezuelan fintech Fina raised a $1M seed round co led by SquareOne Capital and Tomorrow Capital with participation from Norte Ventures, Platanus and Neer Venture Partners.
Founded in 2024 by Enrique Rivas, Diego Aponte, Alejandro Fariña and Sebastián Sánchez, Fina provides cloud based management software for small and medium businesses in Venezuela. Its platform combines inventory, sales, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, and profitability reporting in bolivars and USD.
With the funds Fina will develop financial and AI products, with a focus on credit for small and medium businesses.
Fina serves more than 5,000 active businesses and generates nearly $2M in annual recurring revenue.
