Vetwork, a management platform for veterinary clinics and pet stores in Brazil, raised $3.6M from SRM Ventures, the venture capital arm of SRM Asset.
Vetwork will use the funds to acquire new customers, aiming to triple its client base and serve 3,000 clinics by 2025.
“Brazil is the third-largest pet market in the world and is expected to double in size over the next seven years. We see a great growth opportunity in this segment by expanding our presence and supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the sector. Our goal is to become the bank for veterinary clinics and pet stores,” said Kleber Teraoka, Vetwork’s Co-Founder.
Vetwork is a management platform for pet clinic stores that assists with inventory management, financial reporting, and appointment scheduling. Vetstok, the credit arm of Vetwork, offers credit for pet stores to purchase inventory.
Founded in 2011, Vetwork serves over 1,000 clinics and stores in Brazil.
