Visma, a Norwegian business software company, acquired the Chilean proptech ComunidadFeliz for approximately $70M.
Visma is one of Europe’s largest software providers and offers digital tools for accounting, payroll, and business operations.
ComunidadFeliz is an online property management platform that helps administrators and residents manage rental operations more efficiently. Its software streamlines workflows, automates payments, and improves transparency in daily building management.
The acquisition strengthens Visma’s strategy to expand in Latin America, following Visma’s 2025 acquisitions of Conta Azul and Rindegastos.
