Winclap acquires Brkaway

Marketing startup Winclap acquired the US content creator-management platform Brkaway.

Winclap combines media buying, creator and content operations, data and analytics, and consulting, using proprietary technology and AI to plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization campaigns for large consumer brands. Brkaway provides infrastructure to manage creator collaborations end-to-end, including discovery, onboarding, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

The acquisition will enable Winclap to expand its content creator-focused unit.

“Thanks to this deal, thousands of creators will have more work and visibility. Brkaway is the ‘LinkedIn’ for content creators. For brands, the platform allows us to run programs with five times more creators, enabling the orchestration of diverse profiles at scale,” said Winclap Creative Studio’s VP Leandro Santos.

Founded in 2021, Brkaway works with over 15K creators. Winclap serves customers all over Latin America and North America, including  Amazon, Coca-Cola, DiDi, L’Oréal, and Mercado Libre.
