Argentine logitech Moova secures $10 million and targets the US

Moova, a logitech startup founded in Argentina, announced a $10 million investment round led by Alaya Capital, FJ Labs, Wayra Telefónica, Matterscale, Kalei Ventures, IThink, Parser Digital, Reflect Ventures, Murchinson VC, Insudpharma, Cosmen Family Office / National Express and Tasa Logística, among others, participated in this round.

Moova, which describes itself as the Airbnb of logistics, is focused on solving last mile deliveries. The company founded and led by Antonio Migliore in 2018, aims to transform the capacity of courier fleets or logistics companies into highly efficient and low-cost package delivery solutions. The last mile software platform optimizes costs, routing and kilometers traveled by deliverers. 

The startup currently operates in eight countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico) and this year will launch operations in the U.S. market. They have more than 120 employees and over 1,000 clients.

“With this funding round Moova plans to continue expanding and to contribute to the mobility of the future. All this with efficient systems that enable accessible, safe and sustainable urban mobility”, said Migliore, CEO and founder of Moova.

One of the objectives of Moova is the scalability of the SaaS model. The SaaS platform is the core of Moova’s business, which includes advanced technology systems based on AI, traceability and optimization systems that provide efficient routes and real-time tracking of all shipments.
