The Argentinian e-commerce logistics startup clicOH has landed in Colombia via the acquisition of Logysto, a local logistics startup. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Previously known as Vueltap, Logysto was founded in 2016 with Harvard University’s support and has been backed by investors like Carao Ventures and the Condor fund. Since 2016, it has raised $2.8M. Some of its clients include Falabella, Linio, and Decathlon.

clicOH provides integral logistics services for e-commerce companies. The company is present in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Uruguay, and will now launch operations in Colombia. In May 2022, clicOH closed a $25M Series A round led by Tiger Global Management.

By acquiring Logysto, clicOH will take over the company’s storage capacity in nine logistics centers, 2,500 delivery partners, its presence in over 15 cities in Colombia, and more than 250 customers.

“We found that the best way to expand into Colombia was to acquire Logysto because it has state-of-the-art technology and great knowledge of the local e-commerce business that will lead us faster to our main goal: to provide high-quality integrated e-commerce logistics services, “ said Emiliano Segura, cofounder of clicOH.

clicOH’s goal is for Colombia to represent 30% of the company’s global turnover by the end of 2022. The company seeks to position its “clicOH Full” service in the local market. “clicOH Full” consists of a complete outsourcing of logistics management where companies still maintain full control and online monitoring of inventory and shipment status.
