The Colombian e-commerce startup Melonn announced a $20M Series C funding round led by QED Investors. Global Founders Capital and other previous investors including NFX and Pear and Wollef also participated in the round.

Melonn provides logistics and delivery software to SMEs in Latin America. The software enables retailers to offer fast and efficient delivery services to customers. With Melonn, businesses can sell their products through multiple channels, from Amazon to Instagram, and follow through with rapid delivery.

The e-commerce startup Melonn operates predominantly in Mexico and Colombia, but aims to become the number one ally for SMEs across Latin America.

“The capital we have raised will be used to strengthen our value proposition through technological innovations. It will give us a more robust platform, complement our portfolio of products, scale the business model, and consolidate the markets we currently operate in,” said Andrés Gómez, co-founder and CEO.

Melonn will use the fund to grow its technology and product teams as it further develops its platform. The startup also plans to open more warehouses to offer same-day or next-day delivery in more cities across the region.
