Quantum Talent raises $660K led by Angel Ventures

LatAm ListQuantum Talent leverages technology to connect people’s talent with jobs where they can thrive using a proprietary machine learning technology. The Peruvian startup recently announced the close of a $660K seed round led by Angel Ventures, an early-stage investor, through its $2M AVP Seed Fund I based in Peru. The round included leading angel investors from Mexico and Peru – where Quantum Talent operates – with strong industry expertise.

Quantum Talent, led by Carlos Ganoza and Alvaro Collas, is 50% more precise, 5x faster, and 10x less expensive than traditional alternatives. Their clients include Oxxo, Scotiabank, Lindcorp, Arca Continental, and Atento, who use the platform to quickly fill entry-level positions.

“Quantum Talent deliver tangible results fast. In six months, we helped Arca Continental reduce its early turnover by 50% and Scotiabank their costs by 50%. All of our five multinational customers have recommended us with their HQs. We learn from client data, making our product more valuable over time” said Ganoza.

Quantum Talent will use this round to scale quickly across Latin America, setting up teams in Colombia, Chile, and Argentina within the next 18 months, and improving their platform.
