Proptech startup Casai has ceased operations in Brazil and Mexico. The company sold its portfolio in both countries to several Latin American operators, including Blueground, Charlie, Wynwood House, CAPITALIA, and Oasis Collections.
“We’re so honored to have hosted over 110K of you in our apartments in Mexico City, Tulum, Cabo, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Florianópolis. We’ve transferred all of our 2k apartments to some incredible local operators in Mexico and Brazil that will continue to offer you amazing experiences in those cities,” they state on their website.
This decision follows their merger with the Brazilian company Nomah last year.
