Wumbox, the Argentinian edtech that uses AI and video games to develop cognitive skills in children from 3 to 14, expanded its operations to Mexico.
The company developed an app called “Leo Leo” for early literacy to bring it to over 3,000 children in Monterrey and Nuevo León through an alliance with Tecnológico de Monterrey and FEMSA.
“It is important to bring educational innovation proposals to underprivileged communities focusing on early childhood. We have the opportunity to capitalize on the potential of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the work in early literacy done in school and at home,” said Agustín Pardo, CEO of Wumbox.
The platform has over 250,000 users from 20 Spanish-speaking countries, including schools, educators, and psychologists.
