Attom Capital launched to provide a new liquidity option to founders, employees, and early investors through secondary transactions. Attom will invest directly in startups by purchasing equity in the secondary market, which will allow early equity holders to sell their equity when there isn’t a formal exit.
“As long-time founders and investors, we have witnessed firsthand how the region’s startup ecosystem has experienced exponential growth over the last decade […] The secondary market, which has proven to be a crucial component for the sustained growth of most startup environments, is yet to be developed in LATAM,” said Antonia Rojas, Managing Partner of Attom Capital.
The fund was founded by Antonia Rojas and Iñigo Martínez. Antonia has been investing in Latin American technology companies for over eight years. Most recently, she was a Partner at ALLVP.
Iñigo cofounded Odetta, an asset-light car trading and fintech lending platform, and has over eight years of experience as a VC and private equity investor.
