Latamlist – FirstBase, a New York-based company that helps foreign entrepreneurs incorporate their businesses into the US market, and investment fund Rampa Ventures recently launched a contest to support three Latin American startups with the US integration process.
The winner of the Quest for the C-Corp will be able to incorporate their startup as a C-Corporation in Delaware for free. The selected startups will also receive a US bank account, tax identification, tax consultation, legal documents, support, access to secret offers from partners, and introductions to US venture capital funds.
Part of FirstBase and Rampa Ventures’ philosophy is that geography should not be a limitation which is why they have created this opportunity for Latin American entrepreneurs to establish a US presence and grow their businesses internationally.
The participation criteria are that the startups be located in Latin America, have a qualified team, a scalable business model, and a commercially attractive market.
The three winners will be selected by Mark Milastsivy, CEO and founder of FirstBase, Mak Gutiérrez, CEO and founder of Rampa, and Alexa Clark, Startup Analyst and founder of Rampa.
Applications opened on December 20th, 2019, and those interested must complete an online form.
