Redwood Ventures partners with Seedstars Capital  to invest $200M in Latin America

Mexican venture capital firm Redwood Ventures partnered with Seedstars Capital, a Swiss investment holding that manages and supports first-time and emerging venture capital funds, to invest $200M in Latin American startups.

The partnership leverages Redwood Ventures’ local expertise and Seedstars’ global network to link Latin American innovation with international markets.

“The partnership enhances Redwood Ventures’ ability to identify, invest in, and nurture high-potential startups throughout Latin America by leveraging Seedstars Capital’s extensive network and resources,” said Alejandro González, Redwood Ventures’ Managing Partner.

Redwood Ventures is an industry-agnostic fund that invests in early stage startups. Redwood’s portfolio includes startups like the Argentinian fintech Remitee, Colombian ecommerce education platform Smartbeemo, and Mexican startups like HR tech Minu, ticketing platform Boletomovil, and The Operating System for parking lots Parco.

Seedstars Capital manages a range of funds including  Seedstars International Ventures, Seedstars Africa Ventures, and iThink VC, and partners with startups to create customized venture capital strategies.
