Spanish startup MyPoppins expands into Latin America

LatAm ListMyPoppins, a Spanish startup that provides on-demand cleaning services, raised $1M from Brainstorm Ventures, Grupo Girbau, and investors from ESADE and IESE business schools, and Colegio de Economistas de Barcelona.

In 2018, MyPoppins completed more than 60,000 services, achieving a trade volume of more than $1.2M (€1M), and expanding  into Mexico City.

“The goal of this investment round is basically to push forward our international expansion and tech development to optimize and scale our internal processes,” explains Aleix de Castellar Estella, MyPoppins’ CEO and cofounder.

For 2019, the startup seeks to expand into other Latin American countries and triple its revenue.
