Brazilian startup Take Blip announced its expansion to Mexico, focusing on serving large companies.
The startup offers a digital platform that enables companies to automate their interactions with customers through chatbots.
“The similarity between Brazil and Mexico in the field of telecommunications offers us an excellent opportunity to grow with our Smart Contacts product and solutions”, said Take Blip’s CEO, Roberto Oliveira
Oliveira also highlighted the importance of penetrating Mexico for the company’s expansion strategy: “Our goal for the coming years is for the Mexican operation to become a development and service hub for all of Latin America.”
This expansion comes after a successful $70M series B funding in 2022. Last year, the company achieved over $128M ARR in Brazil, a workforce of 1,800 employees, and 24 billion messages sent through its chatbots. The company expects to end 2023 with 80 large B2B customers in Mexico.
