LatamList – 123Seguro, a leading Argentine insurtech, acquires Seguro Com Você, a digital broker startup. The acquisition also marks the arrival of 123Seguro in the Brazilian market.
123Seguro is the insurtech company with the largest regional presence in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. The company now arrives in Brazil, where the insurance sector generated more than $45B in 2019, according to a MAPFRE Economics study.
“Getting to Brazil has always been an aim for us because it is a market with great potential and opportunity for the insurance sector. We are closing a year where the Insurtech sector has established itself in the region, and starting one where it will most definitely continue to expand,” said Martín Ferrari, CEO and co-founder of 123Seguro.
123Seguro has over a decade of experience in the insurance sector. The company will work with Seguro Com Você to expand their services to offer life, commercial, and car insurance.
