Auth0 raises US$55M to continue developing its Universal Identity Platform

Auth0, one of the market leaders in Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), has offices in Bellevue, Buenos Aires, London, and Tokyo. The app, built by US and Argentine developers, eliminates the need to have multiple identification services, saving companies time and resources. According to PulsoSocial, Auth0 recently raised US$55M to continue developing its proprietary identity platform.

This recent round, a Series D led by Sapphire Ventures, with support from World Innovation Lab, Bessemer Venture Partners, Trinity Ventures, Meritech Capital, and K9 Ventures, will help Auth0 take its Universal Identity Platform global. The investment comes after significant growth in 2017; Auth0 doubled its customer base and its revenue grew by 100% last year. The platform has gained popularity with tech companies because its identity services can be personalized to suit each company’s identity needs.

To date, Auth0 has raised a total of US$110M since it was founded in 2014.
