99Pay, the financial services arm of Didi-owned mobility app 99 in Brazil, raised $135M through the issuance of an FIDC, structured by Bradesco BBI.
99Pay offers digital payment accounts and consumer credit products to users of the 99 mobility app in Brazil.
99Pay will use the funds to expand its credit operations and tailor credit offerings to each client.
Launched in 2020, 99Pay has granted over $1.6B in loans to date.
